A Ball for Every Ache and Pain!

I have to admit, when I was given the opportunity to try these free in exchange for my review, I couldn't have been happier! I have two small boys, the littlest I carry everywhere, and on TOP of that we have moved 3 times in the past year alone, so at the end of the day my back and neck usually hurts pretty darn bad! I liked the 3 different options these balls came in right off the bat. I used one massage ball on my calves, one on my stomach, and one on my lower back. One was even small enough to hit this hard to reach spots. I like to hold it there for awhile to ease the soreness and tension from the muscle. Bottom line: Does it's job on small areas of the body. I would highly recommend giving these a shot they are well worth the money!
