Easy to travel with and long lasting charge!

My original battery was not holding a charge and began to overheat my Toshiba Satellite. I ordered the battery based on the model number of my laptop and the need for more power than the stock battery used to provide. I received the battery within the time-frame given. It fit my laptop perfectly. There have been no conflicts between the computer charging the battery and registering the power level. I tend to have a high power consumption due to the programs I run and have not had a heating issue when running the computer for a long time. Since the battery has protection for not over charging, I have been able to keep the laptop plugged in instead of charging and unplugging during use or when shut down. I would definitely recommend this battery for anyone looking for an increase in charged power, but not wanting a larger, bulkier battery that can change the overall thickness of their laptop.
